In accordance with Section 2D of the Firearms (Amendment) Act No. 43 of 2023, the Firearms and Ammunition Control Board advises all those persons who have applied for renewal of company gun licenses to re-submit their application to the Firearms and Ammunition Control Board, by 26th January 2024. Hard copies are to be sent to the address below:

Copies may be sent to the email address: facb@homeaffairs.gov.bz.
Applicants must note that licenses will be issued to individual companies provided for under the Act. All application packages are to include the following:
- A copy of the business’ registration certificate
- A copy of the business’ trade license
- Proof of payment for the relevant license.
- A copy of the license that expired in December 2023.
Interested parties are informed that all licenses issued in December 2023 are null and void. Failure to resubmit an application for renewal will be at the company’s peril.
