Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño departed Belize today as head of delegation on a state visit to Mexico City.
During his visit, the Prime Minister will hold discussions on a partial scope trade agreement with Mexico. Other discussions will focus on areas of education, infrastructure, agriculture, arts and culture.
Prime Minister Briceño is expected to return to Belize on 2nd October 2021.
Hon. Francis Fonseca, Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, will act as Prime Minister.
