The Office of the Prime Minister announces that, at the advice of Prime
Minister Hon. John Briceño, Her Excellency Governor-General Dame Froyla Tzalam has appointed Dr. Leroy Almendarez as Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Public Utilities, Energy and Logistics, pursuant to section 107 of the Constitution.
