The Office of the Prime Minister informs the public that Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño departed the country today, September 9, 2021.
During his absence, Hon. Cordel Hyde, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources, Petroleum and Mining, will act as Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Investment.
The Prime Minister is expected to return to Belize on Sunday, September 12, 2021.
