In memory of Drs. Kevin and Kenneth Guerra, the Ministry of Health and Wellness, Health Regions countrywide and the Belize Medical and Dental Association, invite Belizeans to join in a countrywide motorcade by blowing their vehicle horns at 6:00 p.m. today, December 13th.
The doctors, who are also twin brothers, died from complications due to COVID-19 over the weekend. Both doctors fought this pandemic on the frontline.
The Ministry of Health and Wellness invites colleagues from the public and private sector, the Police Department, Transport Department, and Fire Department to participate in the motorcade. The Ministry also asks that everyone wishing to participate in this moment light a candle at home with their families and post it on Facebook at 6:00 p.m. with the hashtag #frontlineheroes.
Let us unite in memory of these frontline workers and every Belizean who has lost the fight to COVID-19. Let it be heard from north to south, east to west.
