Governor General Swears In Ombudsman and Acting Chief Justice

Belmopan. April 7, 2020.

In a brief ceremony held today, April 7^th, at the Belize House in Belmopan, the Governor General H.E. Sir Colville Young swore in Justice Michelle Arana as Acting Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Belize.

 Mr. Lionel Arzu was also sworn in today for another term as Ombudsman. Mr. Arzu has served as the Ombudsman since 2012.
