- Establishments Issued Violation Tickets
The Supplies Control Unit (SCU) in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise hereby informs the public that the first round of establishment inspections for compliance with provisions of the new Supplies Control (Prices) Regulations were carried out between September 1st and November 3rd 2023. During this period, a total of 112 retail outlets were inspected countrywide. A total of fifty-nine (59) establishments were issued tickets for violations of the regulations. The full list of establishments issued tickets is presented in the table below.
A second round of inspections commenced November 4th 2023, and is on-going. Results of the second round of inspections will be shared with the public in mid-January 2024.
