The Ministry of Health and Wellness announces with deep regret the passing of Dr. Jose Moguel, general surgeon and former Chief of Surgery of the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. He was also a past president of the Belize Medical and Dental Association.
The ministry extends profound sympathy to his family, friends and the medical community of Belize.
